This Privacy Policy explains how Pikes ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). We build AI tools for creating images and videos for consumer brands.

• Account information: email, username, avatar, and profile preferences collected and managed via our authentication provider Supabase.
• Content you provide: training images, prompts, generated assets, and related metadata (e.g., aspect ratio, timestamps). Some assets may be flagged as featured for discovery if you opt in.
• Payment information: managed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Usage and device data: interactions with the app, page views, and performance signals via Google Analytics and PostHog (privacy-focused product analytics).
• Logs and diagnostics: server logs for reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Train, fine-tune, and operate AI generation workflows you explicitly trigger.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and credit top-ups through Stripe.
• Analyze product usage to improve user experience and reliability.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• Prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and ensure platform integrity.

We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Service providers: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog).
• AI infrastructure: third-party model providers used to generate images/videos based on your requests. We send only the data required to fulfill your prompts (e.g., prompts and reference images when you ask us to generate/edit content).
• Legal compliance: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.

• You upload images and prompts to generate content. You retain rights to your uploads and generated assets subject to our Terms.
• We store assets and metadata to provide the Service (e.g., history, re-use, discovery if featured). You may delete your assets; deletion removes them from active systems within a reasonable period and from backups on a rolling basis.
• We do not use your private assets to train public models unless you explicitly elect to share them for that purpose.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to continuously improve safeguards.

Our providers may process data in multiple regions. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

• Export your data where technically feasible.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable by law.
