By accessing or using Pikes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• We offer paid subscriptions and credit-based usage. Payments are processed via Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• Subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can manage your subscription via the in-app billing portal.
• Credits are consumable units for generation features. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once used.

• You retain rights to the content you upload and to outputs generated for you, subject to any third-party rights and these Terms.
• You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates our acceptable use rules.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., generation, storage, optimization, display to you, and optional discovery if you enable it).

• No harassment, hate, or illegal content.
• No attempts to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or abuse the platform.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.

The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our IP without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIKES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pikes operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
